Economic justification of cell culture-based influenza vaccines in children and adults: a review of cost-effectiveness analyses

Seasonal influenza has a significant health and economic impact on children and adults. This review ^[1] summarizes cost-effectiveness analyses regarding the use of cell-culture-based influenza vaccines in children and adults under 65 years of age. Among others, 9 cost-effectiveness analyses in 8 countries compared the cell-culture-based quadrivalent influenza vaccine Flucelvax with egg-based vaccines.
